The complex of water treatment facilities with a capacity of 5 thousand cubic meters of drinking water per day, erected by the "Hossarlyk" ES, allows to fully satisfy the needs of residents of the town and surrounding settlements. The facility is equipped with dozens of modern pumping units, filters, laboratory and other types of equipment.

In Esenguly district of Balkan region, a water treatment plant with a capacity of 20 thousand cubic meters of drinking water per day was built. The project was commissioned as part of the "General Program for the provision of clean drinking water in the settlements of Turkmenistan".
